Ingredients
2-4 tbsp Nutiva Organic Shelled Hempseed
2-4 tbsp Nutiva Organic Amazon Acai Hemp Shake
8 fl oz vanilla rice milk
1-2 tbp Nutiva Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
1/2 cup fresh or frozen fruit (e.g., banana)
Directions
Place shelled hemp seed in a blender with 1 fl oz of water, blend into a thick paste, then add remaining ingredients.
